2020/2021 season update

Update from Greater Fort Erie Minor Hockey.

During these unforeseen times, we are concentrating on development and fun.

Again, we will be staying in-house for the foreseeable future. There will be no tryouts.

* All Registration fees are due by October 15th. Please have payments made by then to be included in division of teams for  3 vs 3 play.
* Your son/daughter will be participating within a competitively matched group of players.
* 3v3 gameplay. Moving to 4v4, 5v5 and tryouts will be completely dependent on the OHF and provincial guidelines.
* Rosters of 9 players + goalie. 3 lines per team that will be matched by skill level. Lines from each team will be matched against each others equally skilled lines. This will keep games fair and most importantly fun for all.
* 1 game and 1 practice per week beginning the week of October 19th.
* Development sessions with True Stride included.
* Max 25 individuals on the ice surface
* 1 coach 1 trainer per roster

Please note that any players playing in non-sanctioned hockey after September 30th, 2020 will be ineligible for play in Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA and Alliance sanctioned hockey for the duration of the 20-21 season. (without refund)

If you have any questions about the program and/or development please direct questions to [email protected].
Thank you, and see you all at the rink!
