Payment Information
Submitted By George Ahern on Thursday, September 2, 2021
Hello GFEMHA Families!

There has been some confusion with the new registration system and the existing credits and outstanding amounts due during 2021/2022 registration. This email will hopefully assist you in finalizing registration and payment.

Here are the 3 credit amounts that are held over from last season.

Write down which of the following your child (or children) is entitled to:
2020/2021 Season
Beginners: $150
Pre-Novice: $240
Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Midget: $235

When you go through the new registration process, the amount owing will show the new 2021/2022 registration rates. If you are new to our program, or if you chose Option 2 last season then you will simply pay the new rates as outlined here:

U5/U6/U7 (Beginners): $325

Pre-Novice: $550

U8/U9/U10/U11 (Novice/Atom): $650

U12/U13/U14/U15/U16/U17/U18 (Peewee/Bantam/Midget): $700

If you have a credit left over from last season, you can ignore this amount and instead use the following amounts to calculate your balance owing:

U5/U6/U7 (Beginners): $300

Pre-Novice: $500

U8/U9/U10/U11 (Novice/Atom): $640

U12/U13/U14/U15 (Peewee/Bantam): $690

U16/U17/U18 (Midget): $550

For example; If your child played Pre-Novice last year and you are registering them for U8 (Novice) this season, you will owe $400 (2019/2020 Rate of $640 minus $240 Pre-Novice Refund).

If your child played Bantam last year and you are registering them for U15 (Bantam) this season, you will owe $455 (2019/2020 Rate of $690 minus $235 Bantam refund).

Once you have calculated your actual amount owing, you can E-Transfer that amount to [email protected] (Make sure to include your child’s names in the notes). You can also pay in person during office hours, but that only leaves this Saturday morning between 10am and noon. No child will be allowed to skate next week unless they are paid in full.

Thank you for your cooperation. We can’t wait to see everyone on the ice!!!
