OMHA/Alliance Covid 19 Vaccine Mandate
Submitted By GFEMHA ML on Wednesday, September 8, 2021
Last week OMHA and Alliance provided guidance on Covid 19 vaccinations for all participants, volunteers and coaches.  In order to ensure full compliance Fort Erie Minor Hockey will be implementing the following

  1. All participants 2009 or older must present proof to minor hockey that the participant has received at least 1 dose (or both) of Covid 19 vaccine prior to trying outs for any travel team.  The first dose must have been received prior to September 24th.

  2. A minor hockey representative will be on site to view the presentation of the proof of vaccination at the first tryout.

  3. All participants must (travel or house league) must show proof of full vaccination by October 17th or the participants will be removed from play without a refund.

The entire vaccination mandate can be viewed in its entirety at the link below.
