The Greater Fort Erie Minor Hockey Association (GFEMHA) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Leisureplex. All members of the hockey community are encouraged to attend as the association reflects on the past season and looks ahead to the future of minor hockey in Fort Erie.
As part of the AGM, elections will be held for several key positions on the GFEMHA Board of Directors. The positions up for election this year include: Senior Vice-President, Vice-President of House League, Secretary, Director of Volunteer Coordination, Director of Communications, and Director of Select. Hockey Members in good standing who wish to be considered for any of the above roles must submit a formal nomination to the Secretary no later than 45 days prior to the AGM. Each nomination must include a resume outlining the nominee’s qualifications, which must be verifiable for validity.
In addition to elections, members who wish to propose amendments to the GFEMHA constitution must do so in writing to the Secretary at least 35 days prior to the AGM.
